GOD, WHAT DO YOU PROMISE ME?
The Bible is full of God’s Promises. In many ways, they’re declared in the Old Testament, displayed in the New Testament, and celebrated in the Psalms.
David rejoiced in God’s Promises. There’s so much to do with God’s Promises. We should know them, claim them, believe for them, testify to them, but we must also remember to love them as much as we are led by them. If you ever find yourself struggling to worship or desperate for a sense of steadiness in your life, remember...
we serve a God who is kind enough to make promises to us and holy enough to keep them.
Read Psalm 145:13-21
God’s Promises should be celebrated. Our God, being a Promiser, should be celebrated. This speaks to His desire for us to be in relationship with Him. With all that He has done for us, He still wants us to keep expecting more. He wants to keep revealing His promises to us, and He wants us to expect His promises to be true in our life.
Before we begin our study, let’s begin with what you already know about His Promises:
How would you describe God’s Promises?
Is there one of God’s Promises you find Yourself most drawn to?
Is there one of His Promises you would like to know more about?
End today by praying that God would reveal His Promises to you in the ways you need them most. Thank Him for His Promises you have seen most evident in your life. Ask Him to make one of His Promises more known to You.
